The 5 Love Languages, by Gary Chapman. There are several versions - for singles, for parents, for men/women/teens, etc.

5 Languages of Apology - Similar to the idea that there are different ways to express love, there are different ways to make an apology! It is more than just saying "I'm sorry." - learn how to give and receive genuine apologies and heal your relationships

Buddha's Brain, by Rick Hanson. Using guided meditations and mindfulness exercises, you'll learn how to activate the brain states of calm, joy, and compassion instead of worry, sorrow, and anger.

Just One Thing, by Rick Hanson. This guide offers simple things you can do routinely, mainly inside your mind, that will support and increase your sense of security and worth, resilience, effectiveness, well-being, insight, and inner peace.

Dealing With Differences in Marriage - This is a Christian/LDS based book about how to manage the normal differences in marriage so that you can grow together rather than apart. It is available in Kindle and digital download.

Headspace. The Headspace meditation app teaches you how to breathe, meditate, and live mindfully.

Insight Timer. More time is spent meditating on InsightTimer than all other meditation apps. With 32,000 free guided meditations, you can meditate on InsightTimer for as long as you want without ever paying a cent.

The Calm app provides guided meditations, Sleep Stories, breathing programs, masterclasses, and relaxing music. Good for beginners and experts.

Breathe teaches mindful breathing and is offered free, with no ads and no hidden features.

Breathe for Apple Watch - No excuse not to practice grounding breath exercises when it is available right on your wrist!

Card Decks Inspired by the popular card decks from The Art and Science of Love weekend workshop for couples, this fun app offers helpful questions, statements, and ideas for improving your relationship.

LoveNudge is a fun, habit-forming app that helps you intentionally express love in ways that are most meaningful to your partner. Designed for real-life connection, LoveNudge takes the concepts of Dr. Gary Chapman’s The 5 Love Languages to the next level.

Psych Drugs is a free app to learn about psychotropic medications, including generic and brand names, dosing, half-life, and side effects.

Daily Inspirational Calendar - This one is a sturdy one that you can use year after year, with an inspirational quote for each day.

Journal - This one features acid-free lined paper, a pen loop, two ribbon bookmarks, numbered pages, storage pocket, and elastic band closure.

I love my 5 Year Journal - Hardbound and sturdy, this is what I have used for several years to help me jot down a few points each day (gratitude, funny things my kids did or said, milestones reached, etc). There are only a few lines, so it isn't overwhelming and this helps me maintain the habit.

A good set of fine point marker PENS helps you keep therapy notes or bullet journal your ideas and feelings.

Just One Thing Card Deck, 52 practices for More Happiness, Love, and Wisdom. Choose a card to work with for the day or the week. Place it somewhere as a daily reminder. Commit to practicing the suggestions on the card once, twice, or a few times each day, during your regular meditation practice, or in those “extra spaces” during the day. This can be used individually or in couple, family, group settings.

It provides the recommended 10,000 LUX brightness for effective light therapy to help beat the winter blues, regulate sleep, fight fatigue, boost mood, and improve focus.

Weighted Blanket to help with sleep and anxiety.

A good white noise machine can improve your sleep and concentration, and improve privacy when working from home. This one is SMALL (only about 2.5 inches cubed), and has 20 NON_LOOPING sounds, multiple timer settings, and is small and portable.
